I added money to my account to talk to a psychic and when I went to go chat with them, it says that Apple Pay is not accepted which I do not know now I got $30 in my account. I cannot use. Its asking me for my credit card information and Im not gonna put that because I already put $30 into my account And I cant even talk to a psychic so is there a way to put my $30 back on my card

I had an adviser that I was talking with. She tried everything to make me believe things that wasnt really.
They take advantage of people who just need answers.

How many times should I submit a complaint? Are you still asking for evidences when I have already done so twice? All the company is interested in is taking money but poor at resolving issues.
